Loops and Thread Impeccable - Summerset

I have four balls of this yarn for about 780 yards in total.

I think I initially bought it for a scarf, thinking the colors looked kind of fall-ish.

As most scarf patterns call for roughly half, I can either pair it with a matching hat or find something else entirely.

This post will be updated when I figure out what to do with it.

Suggestions welcome.

SFS2015 - April

Month: April Spent: 72.44 Earned: 16.54 I finished 2 pages of In the Garden and am almost done with a 3rd. I finished lots of crocheted items. I also gained stash. Halloween Fairy, Sunflower Fairy, and Crystal Tree chart downloads and Lilac Fairy, a Vervaco kit that's been on my wishlist for a while. All from Herrschners. Also bought yarn for a few projects, including an afghan as a housewarming gift for a friend. Of course while browsing a site I needed to buy one particular yarn from, I found there were only 3 left of this pattern. And the other was just too cute to resist.  I also won a chart from the Counted Wishes Festival.  I chose Ms. Sable from Blueladie Designs . And this one was a gift (bribe) from my mom.

A change of projects

First off, I reached 1000 views on my big. Not bad for just three months. Now when I was stitching on 'cats...' on Thursday, it wasn't really holding my interest. I figured it would happen eventually, the style doesn't fit with most of my projects. So up comes 'stitchers hangout' monthly theme SAL of 'blue.' First thing that came to mind was GK's 'mountain landscape with a castle'. The first route of pages are mainly blue sky. I took this picture before I started working on it again. This is 17 rows of 52 stitches on the first page. Below, is a picture of the fabric I'm stitching on. You can barely see the section I've done. I estimate the back is 1/8" thick with thread. I have to use size 5 embroidery needles and an adhesive leather thimble pad to push it through. I estimated a while ago that at the rate I can stitch on this piece even if I work on it 24/7 it will still take me over a year. I have a feeling it...

DWTS season 17: week 10

Interesting opening. Yay! Maks is back. Leah. She did some parts passionately but it wasn't enough. She didn't throw her body into it enough she seemed to stay in place. She messed up a few times. Maybe a little high. Corbin. The song is more Paso than Tango. It seemed too fast. But I liked it for what it was. Can I have Karina's dress? He looked like he leaned forward in his frame at times. I'll agree with the scores. Jack. A bit odd but I can't critique jazz too well. It just didn't feel polished. I think it was better then Leah's. So I'll agree with the scores Bill. Feet were all over the place. Hips were non existent. Too high. Amber. Interesting but I didn't care for it that much. She was moving better than last week. Too high. Acoustic round. Leah.
