The only plant that will stay alive in my apartment. ;) The center was a bit annoying to do.


Also fed Clyde while parents were on vacation. First day he just wanted attention. But 2nd day he actually started eating as soon as I put food down. So I got this silly photo.


Back to Insanity now. Luckily most of the page seems to be sky which should go somewhat quick.

Random number generator didn't like me

I decided to go back to a random number generator to pick my next cross-stitch project (with the help of my WIP/UFO list .) So I put my latch hook away... And it picked out White Tigers. Which I only worked on for two days due to the monochrome and the hard to read chart. So I rolled again and Beauty of the Deep. Didn't feel like doing stamped and searching for my hoop. So I rolled again and got Peacock Majesty. Which I knew I had to start off by frogging (which is why it's been put away for over a decade) So I rolled again and it gave me Dance me Out. Which turns out I had never started, which is fine, except I didn't have a working copy of the chart and I don't have a copier/printer. (I use my parents). So I rolled again and it gave me Winter Friends (actually called Snowman & Reindeer). DWTS Season 27: Week 2

Cute opening. Although I miss pure ballroom openings. Demarcus. A bit fast for a foxtrot. I think he had his arms /shoulders too high in hold. It was decent, but something was a bit off for me. A bit high but may end up being one of the better of the night. Danielle. Not very good. I know she can't see, but technique was non existent. Too high.  John. Felt more Broadway than Charleston. The Charleston parts were off. The rest was cute at least. Too high. Barely 7s for me. Nancy. I saw heel leads, bent knees, not closing her feet on the chasses, and not actually moving during chasses and lock steps. Not very good. Too high. Alexis. A few hiccups surrounding the skirt and I think she should be able to point her toes better. Didn't really feel like an Argentine tango. Too high. Joe. DWTS season 19 cast

Well, the cast for the upcoming season has finally been (officially) announced. Here are my pre-season opinions on the cast and their partners. Antonio Sabato Jr , 42,  General Hospital  (partnered with Cheryl Burke) The 'hot' guy of the season. He'll stick around for a bit just because the ladies want to see him with his shirt off. If he can actually dance, he'll make it far. Alfonso Ribeiro , 42,  Fresh Prince of Bel-Air  (partnered with Witney Carson) Carlton! He has rhythm, I think, and I'm pretty sure that famous dance of his will make an appearance at some point during the show. Hopefully he's a better dancer than his character was. Pretty sure this will be a fun partnership. Bethany Mota , 18, YouTube sensation (partnered with Derek Hough) I think I've seen her in the recent youtube commercials.
