DWTS Season 16 announcement

The cast is here, and my opinions prior to seeing any of them dance:

Grammy winner Wynonna Judd with Tony Dovolani
As an older woman, she can either be really bad (too many of Tony's past partners to mention) or not so bad. Will she win? Probably not. But she may get to mid season if she's halfway decent.

Political commentator DL Hugley with Cheryl Burke
Comedian's have a tendency to be bad dancers on this show. Cheryl better cross her fingers he knows how to move.

Baltimore Raven Jacoby Jones with Karina Smirnoff
Moves on the field have a tendency to translate to the dance floor even if some aspects of the technique are missing. He should place well.

Real Housewife Lisa Vanderpump with Gleb Savchenko
I don't watch any of these kind of reality shows so I have no idea who she is. The pro is new as well, so he doesn't bring much of a fan base with him as some other pros. But he looks pretty hot. If she can dance and they manage to win the hearts, at least mid season.

Actor Andy Dick with Sharna Burgess
Another Comedian? And one that's polarizing. Sharna, although a new pro as well, has been in the troupe the past few seasons and has choreographed some good numbers. I do have a feeling, he won't be able to dance and if one funny man has to go first, it may be Andy.

Boxer Victor Ortiz with Lindsay Arnold
Moves in the ring, don't translate well to the dance floor. Lindsay brings a fan base from So You Think You Can Dance.

Disney Star Zendaya Coleman with Val Chmerkovskiy
No clue, but she can dance. She may be one of the front runners and Disney kids come with a young rabid voting base. Val is lucky this season.

Olympian Aly Raisman with Mark Ballas
Fan base from the Olympics and extremely flexible. Olympians, especially gymnasts, seem to do well. Another front runner.

Soap Star Ingo Rademacher with Kym Johnson
Who? Sorry, I don't watch soaps. We shall see.

American Idol star Kellie Pickler with Derek Hough
All I can remember of her is that she is a dumb blonde. Derek better hope she doesn't have a short attention span, and a good memory to make up for it. It doesn't matter how well she can dance, if she can't remember the routines, they're going home early.

Olympian Dorothy Hamill with Tristan MacManus
Another olympian, granted she hasn't competed in a while, but as a figure skater she may still be able to glide through the first part of the competition.

First out: Andy or DL.
Frontrunners: Zendaya and Aly.
